How soon can I book?

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you need to change or cancel your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 48-hour notice via phone or email.
- If you cancel or reschedule with 48-hour (or more) notice, your deposit will be applied toward a future cleaning.
- If you cancel with less than 48-hour notice (or a same-day cancellation), the deposit will be forfeited.
- When rescheduling, we’ll do our best to find another convenient date for you, subject to availability.
What if I am not satisfied with the clean?
No need to worry. If any area was missed, or does not meet your standard, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will send a team back promptly to fix it at no charge.
